Team Practice & Training
Players participate in organized practice focusing on fundamentals, conditioning, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

We help the athletes gain game experience and exposure through local and regional tournaments.

What started as a passion for helping youth athletes grow has continued to develop into a supportive program dedicated to creating positive experiences for girls in the community. Lady Sky believes every athlete deserves encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to succeed while being surrounded by a positive and family-oriented environment.
